Sovereign Femme · The Capacity Audit
A four-module audit for women who are functioning, competent, and running at a deficit they have never put a number to.
The reading, not the symptom
Taken alone, each of these is nothing. Taken together they are a reading — and a reading is a number, not a feeling.
What this is
The Capacity Audit does four things in order. You measure the load you carry on an ordinary day. You read what your body has already been quietly cutting in order to afford it. You run twenty-one days of practice designed to raise the floor. Then you re-measure, and compare the second reading against a baseline you can no longer argue with.
It does not tell you to do less. It tells you what you are carrying, in writing, dated, in your own hand. What you do about it afterwards is a decision you make with information instead of with guilt.
There is no community and no accountability system. There is a live Q&A, where I answer questions about the instruments and how to read what they give you — come if a question is holding you up, ignore it if none is. It is recorded either way. Nothing here is timed, and nothing waits for you.
You can run the whole audit again next quarter and watch the numbers move, or not move.
The four modules
Each module is audio with a full written transcript, and each ends with something you fill in and keep.
The difference between stress and load — why the first is survivable and the second reorganises you without asking. You build your baseline across five domains, one line of evidence each, dated.
Instrument — The Load Ledger · 36–40 minutes
What your body cuts when the load is sustained, and the order it cuts in: sleep repair, hormonal signalling, oxytocin and reward, then digestion and immunity. You mark each one present, sometimes, or absent.
Instrument — The Compensation Map · 34–38 minutes
Three practices, twenty-one days: a threshold hour that belongs to nobody, receiving without repaying, and eros without a goal. Two of them come as guided recordings — seven minutes and twelve.
Instrument — The 21-Day Card · 38–42 minutes
Three weeks later you re-run the Ledger before you look at your baseline, then compare the two. The module ends with the four reasons a domain stays fixed, and with your own list of what did not move.
Instrument — The Load Ledger, second reading · 26–30 minutes
A live session where I answer questions about the instruments — how to score a domain you cannot decide about, what to do when two withdrawals look identical, how to read a second reading that has barely moved. Not teaching, and not coaching. Questions about the audit, answered out loud.
It is not on a fixed calendar. You will be told by email when it is happening, you can send a question in advance whether or not you attend, and it is recorded and added to your materials either way.
Optional · recorded · included
The honest part
Both of those sentences are true. Here is how.
The floor is arithmetic. Sleep, the hour nobody else owns, the withdrawals reversed one by one — that is measurement and subtraction. You can do it alone, and in fact nobody can do it for you. This course raises the floor, and for a great many women the floor was the whole problem.
The ceiling is not arithmetic. The ceiling is what is still there after the floor is raised: the domain that does not move no matter what you take off it. That is not a load problem. It does not respond to a better system, a firmer boundary, or another twenty-one days. It usually requires another person in the room.
So this audit does two things and claims only those two. It raises the floor. And it shows you, in writing, exactly where your ceiling is — which is a thing you cannot see at all while you are still carrying an unmeasured load.
Module Four ends with a list of what did not move. That list is yours. What you decide to do with it is a separate decision, made later, with evidence.

Seven questions
None of the three. It is an educational course. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from your doctor, and if something in your reading needs examining, examining is what it needs.
About four weeks in total. Modules One to Three can be done in a single week if you want to. Then twenty-one days of practice sit between Module Three and Module Four, because the re-measure is meaningless without them.
No. Every word is transcribed, including the two guided practices. Some women read the modules and only use the audio for the practices.
Possibly not, and it is worth knowing that before you pay. If you have already measured your load across five domains, dated it, and re-measured it three weeks later against a raised floor, this will confirm rather than reveal. If you have not, you have been working without a baseline.
Then you have found your ceiling, which is the most useful outcome this course produces. Module Four covers the four reasons a domain stays fixed, so a flat reading is information rather than failure.
No, and most women will not. It is there for the question that stops you filling something in — not a class, and not a checkpoint. You will be told by email when it is happening, you can send a question ahead without turning up, and it is recorded. Skipping it costs you nothing; the audit is complete without it.
You go to a short confirmation page, and the full course arrives by email within a few minutes — all four modules, the transcripts, the two recordings, and the three instruments. Nothing is drip-fed and nothing expires. The invitation to the live Q&A comes by email.
Four modules. Three instruments. A live Q&A if you want it. One number you did not have before.
